Someone wishes I were ill

Oh yes! It happened. And I am absolutely sure
this person is the odd one out. White crow huh.

You see, she writes "How are you?".
My answer is "I got flu."
And - drums goin' crazy - she says: "Great! Got smth new?"

In this case I could say "Oh, **** you deeply and painfully".
But being polite I am not gonna write that. Only think about that.

I hope understanding will come very soon indeed...
